Shipping and Delivery

New Zealand: Standard delivery, 2-3 Days. Tracked NZ Couriers, courier services.
$10 Delivery Fee. Complimentary shipping on orders over $500

Australia: DHL Express Courier, Tracked, 2-5 Days. Minimum order of $200 for all Australian orders placed.
$30 Delivery Fee. Complimentary shipping on orders over $600

Rest of World: DHL Express Courier, Tracked, 4-5 Days. Minimum order of $200 for all international orders placed.
$40 Delivery Fee. Complimentary shipping on orders over $1,000

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been collected. We want to ensure you receive your Seréne parcel safe and sound, so a signature is required on delivery. If you are not home, a collection card will be left and you will need to follow the instructions provided to collect your parcel. Please note you can amend your authority to leave delivery options via the tracking number emailed to you. (For NZ orders only, you can opt out of the signature required in the order comments section if you wish at check out).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day. All items are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand. Delivery time frames are just an indication and Seréne will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellation of order will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped upon arrival. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order may incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient to pay, and are not included in the purchase price. Please contact your local customs service for more information.

Seréne does not refund duties and taxes paid should you wish to return an item. Residents from countries outside of New Zealand can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.

Lost Parcels

In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost in transit, Seréne will replace or refund the item, once an investigation is completed. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, Seréne will not be liable for the lost parcel.
